After servicing a customer, get their email address. DONE!
You’ll be assigned a local number where you text us the email of your customer.
An email will be sent to your customer from us asking them how their experience with you was.
They send in information of their experience with you. If it was a bad experience, you can take action to resolve it.
Once you resolve any issues with your customer, they can leave a positive review on Google or Yelp.
